I was impressed from the beginning, as they responded to my request for a quote very quickly. Received quote within 24 hours of visit. I had questions about quote, and they responded quickly. I could tell from the beginning they wanted my business, even though it was a relatively small gutter guard job. Installers were prompt and did the job in a workman like manner. Jose from MBA roofing came out quickly and inspected a skylight for a potential leak. He took moisture readings and inspected the flashing and gave us peace of mind that there isn’t an active leak. He didn’t try to upsell anything and did not even charge us. Great customer service!

I called Josh at MBA regarding a leak in the corner of my kitchen ceiling. This was 5 days before hurricane Helene was expected to hit us here in Hickory. The next day, MBA came to install a tarp on the entire portion of where the leak occurred. We'll we made it through Helene without any leaking. Then, on the following Tuesday, a crew was at our home and installed a brand new beautiful roof! I would recommend MBA roofing to anyone who is in need of a roof repair or a new roof!! They are, by far, a class act, professional company that deserves an A++ in my book!
MBA roofing came out and did repairs on our building just before Hurricane Helene hit. Even though they had only completed the first set of repairs, there was no leaks, even with all the rain! Then on Monday after the hurricane, they were back to work to complete the repairs. I 100% recommend them for your home or business roofing needs! Great people, great customer service, and very experienced.

Cooley came out today to access my roof due to a leak. Yes by Helene .. With that being said, the most courteous, professional, kind soul of an exceptional employee! He even offered to clean my gutters while up on my roof! Even if I didn’t have a leak to be repaired I would recommend this company just by outstanding customer service! And these days that’s a blessing! Ive told everyone about him and him being so nice and professional!

I had the pleasure of meeting Josh from MBA Roofing today. I reached out to see if someone could take a look at my roof as I have recently sprung a serious leak when it rains. Josh actually came out within hours on the same day and gave a thorough inspection, including photos. He was knowledgeable, considerate and kind, showed me what could be a potential issue and even patched a couple of nail holes on the spot. I will definitely be using - and recommending - MBA Roofing!
