why preventative maintenance matters:
Ready to get started?
To begin the program, an initial inspection is required to establish a baseline condition of the roof. You’ll receive a detailed report outlining the roof’s current condition and any necessary repairs.
Any necessary repairs identified prior to starting the maintenance plan will be completed at standard rates before the maintenance agreement begins.**
*A qualifying storm is defined as one that includes any of the following conditions in the immediate area of the property: Hail of 1 inch in diameter or larger, Wind gusts exceeding 50 mph, Heavy ice or snow accumulation, Tornado or debris impact reports. Storm qualification may be verified using publicly available weather data or visual evidence of storm-related damage.
**If the property owner declines to repair the identified issues then these issues will not be covered in the discounts once under contract. Repairs performed by others may affect warranty or maintenance program benefits and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
