Preventative Roof Maintenance
The MBA Roofing Commercial Roofing Maintenance Plan is in place to support you in protecting your commercial property. Proper maintenance of your roofing system can extend the life of your roof, saving you time and money. We are here to help you in this process through our Commercial Roofing Maintenance Plan. We have three different options to fit your needs and budget.
Level 1 ($100/month)
Visual inspection of the roof with detailed report of the roof’s condition inclusive of photos and videos, twice a year. This service includes sealing any penetration points that are damaged inclusive but not limited to pipe boots, curbs, firewalls, vents, seams, flashing, and metal trim.*
Level 2 ($150/month)
Inclusive of all of Level 1 in addition to repairing any small repairs up to $500 in material costs. This level makes you eligible for 10% off all service work while under contract with MBA Roofing.
Level 3 ($200/month)
Inclusive of Level 1 and 2 in addition to repairing any small repairs up to $750 in material costs.
