The Coronavirus pandemic has changed the way we live our daily lives. Despite these new challenges, MBA remains committed to staying open and serving the roofing needs of the residents of North Carolina. 

We now offer a 100% no-contact virtual experience: 

• You can call or submit an online request for an appointment. 
• Our salesmen can meet with you over the phone or via online video chat to discuss your needs.
• We can send estimates via email and discuss over video chat or by telephone.
• Our technicians will come out to your residence or business and can perform a no-contact inspection. We will provide you with an online report via email and can discuss the results of our findings via phone or online video chat.
• We will send you a digital contract via email for your e-signature. We will sign it ourselves and send you a copy of the signed contract for your records.
• We can accept online payments or by checks in the mail. 

As an essential business, MBA is here to serve your roofing needs during this crisis. We have adopted new company-wide safety protocols that will ensure the health and safety of both our customers and team members:

Our Team – “Social distancing” is now the new norm. As such, we have implemented a safe distance policy. This means our workers will maintain a 3-foot distance at all times to help ensure the safety of our customers and our team members. 

We are also closely monitoring the health of all of our employees. None of our employees have traveled to “hot spots” in the past 14 days. If anyone displays cold or flu-like symptoms, we will require them to go home immediately.

Sanitation – Our work crews will now sanitize everything before going to the job site. This includes tablets, cell phones, equipment, tools, samples, and any other materials that we bring into your residence or place of business. Throughout the day, our workers will also be sanitizing and washing their hands multiple times as they perform their job duties.

You’re in Control – We understand that this is an unprecedented time period. If you would prefer we do things a certain way, we will do our best to adhere to your requests. We want to provide you with peace of mind and reassurance that our team members and workers are following the strictest of hygiene and safety protocols.
